NOVEMBER 2015

November 30, 2015-- Visited Stone Ridge Estates for the first time and discussed building a brand new home.

DECEMBER 2015

December 19, 2015-- SOLD! Signed contract papers to build a house!
December 30, 2015--  Rite Rug Appointment, Guardian Appointment, NVR Appointment

JANUARY 2016

January 10, 2016-- Final selections picked at model home with Sales Rep

FEBRUARY 2016

February 5, 2016-- Paperwork for mortgage submitted to Underwriting
February 10, 2016--  Information FINALLY submitted to Underwriting

MARCH 2016

March 1, 2016-- FINALLY got approval for mortgage from NVR

APRIL 2016

April 11, 2016-- Pre-Construction Meeting
April 22, 2016-- Lot cleared and basement dug

MAY 2016

May 5, 2016-- Waterproofing, Backfilling and Plumbing installed
May 6, 2016-- Lumber delivered
May 9,2016-- Basement Floors poured
May 10, 2016-- Framing Started (first floor flooring only done due to rainy weather); windows and doors delivered!
May 11, 2016-- First floor framed
May 12, 2016-- Second floor and SOME of the roof framed
May 13, 2016--  remainder of the roof put on, and majority of the house wrapped!
May 16th, 2016-- Shingles delivered!
May 17, 2016-- Shingles put on the roof!!
May 19, 2016-- HVAC started
May 20,2016-- HVAC continued, plumbing started, bath tubs installed in the bathrooms!
May 23 - 27, 2016-- HVAC, plumbing, electric complete.  Guardian installation of cable lines

JUNE 2016

June 1, 2016-- Insulation installed

June 2, 2016-- Pre-drywall meeting
June 3, 2016-- RATE LOCKED!
June 4, 2016-- Drywall started
June 9, 2016-- Drywall completely hung, taped and mudded :-)
June 14, 2016-- Siding started!
June 16, 2016-- Siding Finished!
June 16, 2016-- walls primed with first coat of paint
June 20, 2016-- Flooring started {hardwood, vinyl and ceramic tile}
June 21, 2016-- Front Porch Poured!
June 23, 2016-- trim started {door frames, floor trim}, vanities installed
June 23, 2016-- CABINETS installed!!!
June 28, 2016-- Electricity!

JULY 2016

July 6, 2016-- Granite!

July 8, 2016--  Appliances installed! Driveway poured!
July 9, 2016-- Deck complete!!
July 14, 2016-- Sod installed!
